Recent international field trips include visits to Thailand, Kenya, Brazil and Madagascar
Closer to home, European tours have included visits to Antwerp, Idar-Oberstein and Paris, which included everything from visits to diamond exhibitions and polishing factories to comparing the latest gem cutting workshops with those in operation many years ago.
