Combining the best of conventional and e-learning. The course fees include student registration, a designated tutor, assessed course assignments, examinations, course materials (including hard copy course notes, stone set and instruments), and a student web login with online tuition, support and forums. The course has a set start date and assignment dates, and students have the benefit of working in an online study group. Standard ODL students are advised to study four to six hours a week, whilst it is recommended that fast-track students study for eight to ten hours a week.
